How do I get my Medication?

Dr Elkady partners with trusted, US based 503A compounding pharmacies that meet strict quality and safety standards.
If medication is part of your plan, your prescription will be sent to a trusted compounding pharmacy that specializes in high-quality, sterile medications.
The pharmacy will contact you directly for billing.
Your medication is then shipped directly to your home—safely packaged and ready to use.
His goal is to provide you with reliable access to effective, evidence-based weight loss medications—at competitive, transparent pricing—without the hassle of traditional pharmacy visits.
What is the cost breakdown?

Dr Elkady is committed to ethical, transparent pricing. His clinic operates with a straightforward, no-hidden-fee approach. You only pay for your medical care—nothing more.
Initial Consultation: $125
Follow-Up Visits: $60 per visit
If treatment includes prescription medication, you will pay the pharmacy directly for those costs.
Dr Elkady does not mark up medications or charge additional fees beyond your consultation.
For patients on a weight loss treatment plan, especially those using prescription medications, monthly follow-up visits are required. This ensures safe and effective care, appropriate monitoring, and timely prescription refills.
Prescriptions are provided one month at a time, as weight management is a dynamic process that benefits from regular physician oversight.

Early treatment (starting doses): ~$105–$115 per month
Mid-treatment (gradual dose increases): ~$125–$155 per month
Higher-dose maintenance: ~$155–$165 per month
Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP)
Early treatment (starting doses): ~$175–$185 per month
Mid-treatment (gradual dose increases): ~$245–$255 per month
Higher-dose maintenance: ~$305–$315 per month
These estimates include:
Medication cost through the pharmacy
Overnight refrigerated shipping
Basic injection supplies (syringes, alcohol pads)
As treatment progresses, doses are gradually increased over time. This means your monthly cost may start lower and increase gradually as we adjust your medication to the most effective and appropriate dose for you.
You will pay the pharmacy directly for your medication and shipping—there are no hidden markups or additional fees from my clinic.
Important: These are estimated ranges to help you plan ahead. Pharmacy pricing may change over time, and your exact cost will depend on your prescribed dose and the pharmacy you choose.

He will continue to check in with you at least monthly with video follow up visits.
He will also be available via messaging on a daily to weekly basis to answer questions and make sure you are well taken care of.
Dr. Elkady will carefully review your weight loss treatment plan regularly and adjust it to your needs, based on your feedback.
